Career opportunities at the university
Career opportunities at the university are available to doctoral students and researchers on a temporary contract. The university also works pro-actively to improve the external employment prospects of these temporary employees.
Are you a member of academic staff looking to qualify for permanent employment at the university? One option for doing so is called a ‘tenure track’, which is a formally established procedure leading to permanent employment for academic staff. Arrangements made with the university address the following aspects:
- the assessment procedure and assessment criteria;
- the duration of the activities;
- advancement to a higher academic position;
- the consequences of a positive or negative assessment.
