If your employment contract at the university runs for at least two years, you are eligible for career guidance from a professional organisation at the university’s expense. The content of this consultation can be used to draw up an individual development plan aimed at maximising your opportunities, both at the university and in the external labour market. If you have a permanent employment contract, you are entitled to a career guidance consultation every five years.
